Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Just turn up. World Phone Fix is a walk-in shop on Leytonstone High Street, open seven days a week, so bring your device in whenever suits you and we'll take a look.
Which phones and brands do you repair?
We work on the major brands, including Apple, Samsung, Nokia, Sony, LG and HTC, plus tablets, laptops and desktop PCs. If you're not sure about your model, call us on 020 3638 6083 and ask.
How long does a screen repair take?
Many common repairs are done while you wait or the same day, using an express service. Timing depends on the model and the part, so pop in or call and we'll give you a realistic idea before we start.
Can you unlock my phone?
Yes. We unlock network-locked handsets so you can move to a different provider and use any SIM. Bring the phone in and we'll let you know what's involved for your model.
Do you fix laptops and PCs too?
We do. As well as phones we handle laptop and desktop faults, from cracked screens and worn keyboards to slow machines and virus or software problems.
What will it cost?
It depends on the device and the fault, so we'll look at it and give you a price before any work begins. That way you can decide with no surprises.
